Terms of Service

Regivana provides market analytics, market context, futures-market information, and analytical tools to help you understand the environment around a trade. Regivana is for educational and informational purposes.

Regivana does not:

• Execute trades or manage customer funds
• Act as a broker, dealer, or investment adviser
• Provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice
• Guarantee trading results, alert delivery, or sell guaranteed trading signals

You remain solely responsible for your trading and financial decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for providing accurate account information, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Regivana offers a Free tier and paid Trader and Pro subscriptions. Trader and Pro may be billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

A continuously active subscription remains on the price selected at purchase. Ending that subscription, including when a refund ends it immediately, ends that price. A later subscription is charged the public price then in effect.

You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing management flow. If you cancel at period end, you typically retain access for that paid plan through the end of the current paid billing period, and the subscription will not renew afterward.

When your plan is Pro, Regivana may store the markets you follow, your alert rules, a dashboard checkpoint for Since Last Check, and records of alert email delivery. If you enable alerts, Regivana may send transactional emails to the address on your account about market-context changes observed by Regivana.

Those emails follow Regivana’s observation cycle. They are not tick-by-tick, they are not guaranteed to be delivered or to arrive immediately, and they are not trading signals, entry recommendations, or forecasts. You can turn an alert rule off in the product while your plan includes alerts.

Except where required by applicable law, or where Regivana explicitly elects to issue a refund, payments for Regivana subscriptions are non-refundable.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal. Cancellation does not ordinarily entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. When you cancel at period end, you keep access for that paid plan until the end of the current paid billing period.

If Regivana issues a refund for a subscription payment, the related subscription ends immediately and paid access ends at that time.

Market information may come from third-party sources. Data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect. Regivana does not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect data accuracy.

You should independently verify information before making financial decisions. Additional risk disclosures appear in our Disclaimer, which forms part of the service’s important disclosures.

You agree not to:

• Use Regivana for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to compromise, disrupt, or probe the service without authorization
• Access accounts or data that are not yours
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that materially harms the service or other users
• Resell or redistribute Regivana access or content without permission

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including Google Sign-In data.

We may modify features, pricing presentation, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms, with or without notice where reasonably necessary.

The Disclaimer describes educational use, risk, and limitations of market data. It is incorporated by reference into these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Regivana and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for paid-plan access in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid, whichever is greater, except where law does not allow such limitations.
